A small Kent company that never wanted to be an agency.
Daisy Bee started with one cleaner, one van and a stubborn belief that people do better work when they are paid properly, trusted with real responsibility and sent back to the same homes each week.
Built one recommendation at a time
We began in 2015 cleaning a handful of homes around Tunbridge Wells. There was no marketing budget, only word of mouth, so the only way to grow was to be worth mentioning at the school gate.
A decade later we look after hundreds of homes, a growing list of offices and studios, and holiday lets from Sevenoaks to Cranbrook. The structure has changed, the principle has not: every client has a named cleaner and a named contact, and nobody hides behind a booking system.

People first
Our cleaners are employed, paid above the living wage, and given proper training. Fair treatment is the reason the same faces return to your home year after year.
Written standards
Every property has a room-by-room checklist agreed with you. Standards are reviewed in person, not guessed at from a spreadsheet.
Kinder products
We default to low-toxicity, refillable products that are safe around children and pets, and we will happily use your own if you prefer.

Our founder still visits properties, still checks standards and still answers the phone. That hands-on habit is why clients get a straight answer when something is not right, and why our cleaners have somewhere to bring ideas rather than complaints.
