We confirm the detail
For regular and commercial work we arrange a short visit or video walkthrough, then send a fixed written price with no hidden extras.
You are matched with a cleaner
We introduce the cleaner who will look after you, agree a checklist together and lock in a fixed day and time slot.
We keep checking in
A named contact reviews standards regularly and holiday cover is arranged in advance, so the service stays the same in month twelve as in week one.
